Our Process

We understand that you have a lot to think about when you’re planning your wedding. It’s always our intention to provide you with clear and concise information and communications to help you in your planning process. Here’s what you can expect when you work with us, even before you book:

Inquiry

After you fill out our inquiry/availability form, we look over your information and respond to your submission with any information you requested. We always encourage your questions! We want to make sure we’re a good fit for each other, so we work with you, emailing back and forth until you’re satisfied that you’re ready to move forward.

Booking

Once you’re ready to book, we send you a link to a form to fill out the key details of your wedding. This helps us generate your wedding videography agreement, which we both sign. Upon signing, we ask our couples to put a deposit down. We keep our deposit amount low at $200 because we understand that things can change, and when you put a large deposit down and things become uncertain (pandemics, family situations, etc.) that can be stressful. We want to keep things simple, so we keep our deposit amount low and require the final payment due one week before the wedding.

Before the wedding

About a month before the wedding we will reach out and ask for the final schedule for your wedding day. If things aren’t finalized yet, no problem! We will just ask that you send us the schedule once it’s done.

About a week before your wedding we will confirm times and start addresses, room numbers, etc. with you.

Your wedding day!

Then, your wedding day comes! We arrive at the agreed upon starting location and begin filming.

Video delivery

We deliver your wedding videos no later than four weeks after the wedding. If there will be a delay, we will reach out before then and let you know.
