Our Process
Inquiry
After you fill out our inquiry/availability form, we look over your information and respond to your submission with any information you requested. We always encourage your questions! We want to make sure we’re a good fit for each other, so we work with you, communicating back and forth until you’re satisfied that you’re ready to move forward.
Booking
Once you’re ready to book, we send you a Google form to fill out the key details of your elopement. This helps us generate our elopement agreement, which we both sign. Upon signing, we ask our couples to pay a deposit. We keep our deposit amount low at $500 because we understand that things can change, and when you put a large deposit down and things become uncertain (pandemics, family situations, etc.) that can be stressful. We want to keep things simple, so we keep our deposit amount low. We require 50% of the remaining balance due 3 months before your elopement, and the remaining 50% balance two weeks before the elopement.
After Booking
Once you’ve officially booked, we get to work right away! We start to work with you on making your timeline and giving you recommendations of locations, services, guides, hair and makeup stylists, florists, etc. We’re working beside you to do the research of finding your perfect fit experiences and day-of vendors. Note: we’re not doing the booking of officiants, stylists, helicopter rides and guided excursions. The booking of experiences and local vendors is your responsibility – but our knowledge of the process of your wedding day makes us the perfect partner to get the right stuff booked to make it absolutely perfect.
We’re your second set of eyes to make sure everything is covered. We will work with you as much as needed to make sure everything is in place for you wedding day!

Your Wedding Day
We’ve all arrived! Your wedding day is here and things are happening. We begin capturing your day, all the details, hair and makeup, getting ready, everything. Any special moments, notes, first looks, etc. are covered. We go throughout the day, capturing each piece in our beautiful style. And since we’ve worked with you to develop the timeline for your day, we are fully aware of everything that’s happening, which means no surprises (hopefully!).
We’ve learned that the key to a successful wedding day is being flexible – and we’re the masters. We will do whatever is needed to make your elopement perfect.
After Your Wedding
We say our goodbyes and prepare for our journey home. We’ve found that our couples usually like to stay at their destination for a few days to relax, or travel on to a honeymoon destination.
Video/Photo Delivery
We deliver your wedding videos/pictures no later than eight weeks after the wedding. If there will be a delay, we will reach out before then and let you know.
Video/Photo Owner Rights
These videos and photos are yours to download, print, play and share. You do not have to pay extra to print or share. No watermarks. You cannot resell them. We retain the right to use them in our portfolio, use them to share on social media or our website, and use as promotion or stock imagery.
